With respect to solar photovoltaic systems, Seemac Solar has dedicated customer support engineer who travels to its customers. With respect to home appliance segment Seemac Solar has onboard service engineers trained in the latest trends and techniques to resolve product based problems. Seemac Solar also has special teams, to visit their customers and evaluate their needs, confirm product satisfaction, ensure that the system is put to use properly.
